Jacob P Mathew is a Senior Consultant & Trainer in Business Excellence, Quality, HSE & Business Continuity Management Systems. He has accumulated over 35 years of experience with several large, medium and small organizations in UAE & India. As a consultant, he provides strategic business consultancy and training services to selected clients in the UAE.
He has carried out several large- and small-scale projects in business excellence and QHSE/Business Continuity Management using internationally recognized methodologies, frameworks, structures and tools - which have resulted in significant profits for the organizations. He has been the Senior Assessor for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards, Dubai Quality Awards and Taqdeer Awards, which are leading quality and excellence programs managed by Abu Dhabi Chamber and Department of Economic Development (DED), Government of Dubai.
He has also been instrumental in implementing the EFQM Model for business excellence in many companies and in leading the companies to achieve SKEA Gold, SKEA Silver, DQAA and Dubai Quality Awards. He has implemented and maintained Integrated Management systems including Quality, HSE & Business Continuity Management systems in many companies. Recently he has assessed many hotels in Dubai for Dubai Sustainable Tourism Stamp for DST introduced by Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).
Apart from his graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering, Jacob also holds a master's degree in Business Administration. He has several diplomas and certificates to his credit which include the Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor Certification in ISO 9001/MD 9001/14001/45001/22301/41001/50001 & assessor certificate for EFQM 2025 Model.
